    I think, there is no need to change a lot. I would add just a bit more unique utility and update animation of the heavy attack. He could shoot a beem at opponents knees instead of doing a wheel. X-men 97 showed that there is a lot of room to make him more dynamic.

    Maybe give him 100% chance to apply armor break on SP1 and SP2, plus add some disintegration to his armor break, which would work similar to rupture. I think that would make him way better.

    Cyclops should stay as a meme champ like Groot. We always need meme champs to say, at least I didn't pull cyclops or groot. If all the champs are great then all champs are average.

    In my opinion, he should, but i would not buff him too much. I would add disintegration to his armor breaks and increase the chances to armor break on SP 2 to 100%. There are many characters that could use a buff, such as Dormammu, Doctor Strange, Captain America, Wolverine, X-23, Drax, Thor, Phoenix, Symbiote Spiderman, Cable, Mephisto, Iron Fist, Iron Patriot, etc.
