I feel like frustration at getting less valuable rewards is just a universally understood concept. The problem is that you highlighted that people only get made, for example, when they pulled 2,000 titan shards instead of a full titan crystal. By only making one set of drops for each type of reward, you aren't fixing the problem that you think you are. The main disparity in player happiness when opening loot boxes is getting overall less valuable rewards. Your solution is just to concentrate each type or reward into one single drop so there is much less chance of getting any of the more rare materials/items such as titan shards, and still including the frustration of getting a less valuable reward (which is usually subjective). The whole reason for having different drop rates of each item and not just a random selector with equal chance is that the things with a lower percentage chance are more valuable/rare/desirable.
Also, while I like the direction you're going as a player, your suggestion of 30% chance of 1.5k units, 1.5 T6CC, and a total of 10% chance at a full 7* is a bit wild. Reign back in your expectations for what is already a pretty valuable set of rewards, even on the lower side of things. (I got 2k titan shards and .25 T5CC and wasn't even mad)
