Bug with Photon or did i miss something?

Sorry for my English, I'm using a translation tool. So, I was fighting against Fóton normally until she released a special 1 with 12 electromagnetic charges and went into pure light mode and killed me, the thing is that in her record (at least in Portuguese) it is described that she goes into in pure light mode when you drop her with 10 charges or WHEN SHE DROP SPECIAL WITH 15. I didn't understand why she activated the mode with only 12 charges, is this a bug or did I miss some important information in her file? And yes, I know I could have taken her down sooner and avoided this problem, but I didn't know she could activate the mode with less than 15 charges without taking her down.

At 10 or more charges, in addition to a knock.down, if she holds block for 1.2 seconds, she enters pure light form. Looks like in 2nd photo, there's the timer under her health bar about to expire, which I'm guessing shows she's about to enter pure light

Yeah, that's what happened, I looked at the video here and you're right. She used the special instantly and I ended up getting confused, normally she doesn't hold her defense like that so it was never a concern of mine, I ended up forgetting about this mechanic. Thank you for your help.
