Stopped playing started again progress unknown

I stopped playing for a couple years because of other issues with the game and then my friend told me it got better. So I redownloaded the game and all my progress is gone but says I have completed the missions photos attached of showing that I completed the mission one way and it won’t show on the map that I did any. But shows I completed it. I have completed all the way to act 4

So basically acts 1-3 got compleyely revamped so it's not going to show completed paths
