Alliance Quest not possible to join

Since the start of this weeks AQ, I have been unable to join any battlegroups. I am only met with a grey and unresponsive “join” button. However, there was one instance where it actually allowed me to Press the join button, But when I backed out and came back it had gone unresponsive yet again. Many of my alliance members have had the same problem. Here is what it looks like:
