How come in BG silk doesn't place ruptures when that's her killer attribute

I'm just trying to figure out what a killer attribute is. Forget about ruptures in her kit

Only thing I can think of is OP always has shocker on the team when questing with Silk and doesn’t realize the ruptures come from the synergy that Shocker has with her
