    Does the screen ever say “perfectly timed block/dodge?” If it doesn’t, then you aren’t doing what’s required

    Yes it does. Same as with Shang Chi’s regular abilities

    Yes. There's a window in time when a Dodge or Parry will work; and a smaller window within that one where a Dodge or Parry will be perfect.
