    We’re a G1 alliance, pushing for plat soon, BG top 10% AQ, 3bg’s of which two explore one does boss rush, do Raids with probably 2 instead of 3 Bgs next time. Were 546 in Raids last time. We have 3 spots for you if you’d like. Let me know if you’re interested!

    We don't quite meet all of your parameters; we're still climbing in war (ramped it up to just shy of G1 last season, so we're getting towards Plat, but not there yet), and more BG/less AQ (but we will have 1-2 dedicated Raid groups). But we do have exactly 3 spots, and we're on our way to where you appear to be heading.
