I apparently pushed the button when I did not

Kabam. I received an in game email from Rocket saying that I pushed the button. Baffled me since I've not bothered to click it the whole month, why would I click it so close to the 7th. I did spend the day updating my game because the connection here was bad and had to cancel and delete the game just to reinstall because it was not updating well. Several of my characters also went missing but I reinstalled the game again and got them back. The button still can't be found anywhere.
Could you sort this glitch out Kabam.

    Don't share account info with other ppl? Put in a ticket and maybe, just maybe they'll help you. Posting it here isn't going to really do much.
