Alliance War matchmaking issue (Season 47)

Our alliance is engaged in AW every season and we are taking it seriously throughout items consomption and spendings.
I reported what appear to be an issue with AW matchmaking that occured on the 4th war of Season 47.
In the attachment, you can see my initial ticket to the technical support as well as the standardized reply from Technical Support that is nothing but a an automated answer that does not at any given moment address directly our particular issue nor the issue spotted itself.
We are engaged in Platinium 3, Rank 106, Tier 3 against an other alliance in Platinum 3 Rank 101.
Nonetheless we are both, us and the opposing alliance facing EXPERT Map Tier 2 while we are in Tier 3 (Challenger Map) on to the leaderboard.
We started the season in Plat 3, Tier 3 and we won 2/3 war during the 1st week.
According to CCP chat members throughout last night live discussion, other parties have been experiencing similar issue.
What action are being taken to address the issue and how are we going to be suffering the consequences of such matchmaking issue in the current season?
