recoil masteries not working correctly

I have recently maxed out willpower and recovery but the liquid courage mastery still take more damage than i gain. liquid courage should only take 0,6 % of my health a second while willpower should heal about 0,8. Does anybody know the reason for this or a possible fix?

Unfortunately they are working correctly. Poison reduces healing effects by 30% so suicides are always going to outpace healing
