Finished the grandmaster fight and I'm finally thronebreaker now. Using a 5* rank 4 jugs was painfully slow and using any other champions resulted in GM wrecking me. Rest all other quests herc and KP breezed right through.

Now what content do you suggest that i do?

As for your question, I would recommend:-
Hercules (as your name already said it lol), and try to awaken him as soon as.
Absorbing Man
Kingpin
Iceman
Miles (he is very useful to have even as a R3, to help with certain content)

There many other, you got some very amazing 6*, but personal I would start with them.

Shooting stars next then act 7, and 8. If u get 7 stars from shooting stars, explore and do 7 for 7 before the above imo

first , congrats you for smacking that GM's ass
second, although you already have that 5 star duped ascended herc, you can't go wrong with ranking up 6 star herc, double the herc , double the fun. Other champs that i think you wanna rank up too would be abs man, iceman (they have lots of immunity and solid damage). Nimrod is not the bad investment too as he can and will handle lots of problematic fight in act 7 and 8
finally , about progression level...i think you are good to go with act 7. When there is still act story contents, just go with it as they give the most valuable rewards. If you havent touched shooting stars yet , like the above guy said, just do it , it will give you lots of isos for the rank ups and level ups.

Start going through Act 7, you'll find that it's considerably easier than Act 6 as long as you bring in the rights champs for each path.
