Amazon prime gaming items missing

As per title, just claimed the prime gaming bundle for iron heart. Got the pop up screen in game, but no crystal nor 3* IH. (She should have been duped since I claimed the free one a couple of hours ago).
I did restart the game, not to avail.

    Never mind, tried to redeem again from prime and this time I got all the items. Guess it didn’t register the first time.
