Valor in Unit Store

Just a quick question.
Will there be any Valor deals in unit store to help other summoners with their valor in order to buy something in valor store before they expire? Sort of similar to Rockets scraps??

I know it is getting converted to gold but me myself and i know there are more people that are just a few valor shy from the item they want to purchase.

    Given valor is part of a competition that does not end until valor is over and it would be such a bs move to sell the competition at the end I would have to say there will not be valor for sale.
