I'm not sure which category this falls into but check out my fight with the Sandman boss in this month's EQ.

The AI just won't move at all for a good few seconds until I made my first move. It's almost dead but still, it's just hilarious. 😀

Had a similar interaction twice against Bahamet while doing the Guillotine challenge, first time I was just wondering what was happening, second time I just stood there until I gained like 9 charges

I managed to quake a few fights where I was consistently getting 20+ concussive charges because the opponent just backed off and blocked and let me quake.
