TBEQ 3.2 Coldsnap not always preventing evade

Seems like this has happened a couple times with Elsa and Kate, this was just the first time I recorded it. I will see the defender evade when i can swear there’s a Coldsnap on them. Not sure if this is a visual bug, but it seems like a problem if you’re counting on the Coldsnap to prevent the next evade.
