Prefight not sticking in war

How are prefights still not sticking in war? For context, I go into a fight and place my Torch prefight and go against absman. Right at the beginning of the fight the persistent charge on torch changes from 0 back to 1, my flames are no longer nova. This caused me to lose that fight. I took 8 months off this game in 2023 and assumed that bug was corrected. But a pivotal bug like that is still in the game. I am shocked. That is simply unacceptable. I recorded the fight and attached screenshots here showing me placing the prefight and then the prefight showing at beginning of fight to instantly being removed. Kabam please fix your buggy game.
