Hello , I recently saw that Photon is bugged , you can no longer enter her light form manually (hitting her block) it happened with me at AW three times with different champions , king pin , wolf , Crossbons .
Please check this , with this tactic it’s impossible to avoid her specials with this bug . If needed can add video .
