AQ top 200, AW plat 3/4, BG top 10% recruitment for end of war season

We have a great team but unfortunately some guys are struggling to progress along with everyone else. We are not an alliance that wants to stand where we are but to continue to improve and increase our position .
We are currently a solid top 200 in AQ, running map 8866 mon-thu with raids being run when available.
Top 10% in battle grounds with a minimum requirement expected by all members.
Plat 4 in war, with an expectation to progress to plat 3.
Unfortunately we have had a bad start to this season and currently sit at plat 5, this is also the reason we will be looking to find new talented players to join the team.
We are looking for guys that can handle a path in war tier 3/4 and are capable of assisting/communicating with mini/boss. To go along with this we would expect you to have a decent roster and prestige
