    There's definitely a server that is only used in New Zealand/Australia - back in September I had the game go down, five ally members in NZ and two in Aus also had the game go down, but no-one in the US or Europe in my ally or any other allys that we got in touch with had any problems.

    @Snizzbar, very insightful. Thanks for sharing, good to learn from your first-hand experience that there are geo-based server affecting geo-based players. I wonder in the future if there's geo-specific server down affecting me and my geo only, is there a way for me to get connected to server in other geo which is still running fine.

    Of course if it is world-wide server down then it won't matter, however in an unlikely scenario if this geo-based only server issue happens to me, and I'm in the rush to push for the last mile of arena grinding (after spending so much time & effort to reach a specific progress) it may avoid all my effort go down the drain in the last few hours due to no fault in my part.
