Incursion run ended when closing the game

I was playing incursion, sector 6, started zone 12, and as I was around the middle of my run decided to take a break to come back later.
Come back one hour or so later and my run was ended. I did not quit or anything but when I logged into the game again I was im the lobby without a team selected.
Does this happened to anyone else?
Already opened a ticket but the support team says I quit (which I definetely did not) and they can't do anything.
