Spider man 2099 war ability

I see some amazing fights of him as a 6* sig 200 with the anti venom synergy, my question is does he need high sig to perform this? Or does a 7* sig 20 can work as well?

Sig 20 should work fine

If you also have scorpion on the team he can be used as a substitute for the sig to give faster ramp up times for the ruptures

I have spidey 2099 6* max sig. The higher the signature the higher rate is, the chance he dosent lose any ruptures from burst damage
