What’s the best way to grind energy refills (preferably without spending units )? I’m trying to get through act 7 but I can’t be bothered to wait between quests.

    If you need boosts, healing potions and revives as well, I suggest buying the deal you get after completing the EQ. It costs 1K units but I think it's worth well it for the things I already mentioned alone. An added bonus is that you get 10 energy refills as well.

    But if you don't need more revives etc then obviously 1K units for 300 units worth of energy refills is terrible value. So it depends on what your needs are.
