Raids : champs locked in aw

I want to use titania, but titania is in my aw def, so i thought that i can use her cause it said champs no longer locked, but now i can't use titania. Or is it that i need to use titania in raid first then i can place her in def?

    Even tho we've defeated the final boss in AW and it says Champions Released, lots of my members still can't join Raids with them.

    This is really not ideal. Raids is always going to start in the middle of a war, please fix this 😭

    Right, many of my friends also can't use the champs they need
