Bug: 8.2.6 Bahamet regenerating past phase threshold despite saying otherwise

Probably not a bug that will affect many people, but in this path in 8.2.6, Bahamet can regen past the phase threshold and it even re-activated phase 3 (went below 40%, went up to 42%, got him back down to 40% and he reactivated the phase again)

This especially sucks as I’m going to have to remove willpower, which costs units to do

This has been posted many times including by myself but Kabam don’t comment on it. Yes it says he shouldn’t be able to regenerate into precious phase but he still does it anyway.

(As you can see it says Phase 2 despite the 3 persistent charges and when I went back down to 40% health it re-activated Phase 3)

Precisely why I don't have 7* guillotine. I know it's bugged.
