Nick Fury is Shrugging Professor X's Mind Control

The Nick Fury x Dani Moonstar bug seems to be affecting other champions too. I have attached a YouTube video for this bug.
Devices tested:
iPhone 15 Pro and iPad Pro (2018) - both on latest iOS and Game Release.
Game modes tested:
Battlegrounds (PVP) and Story Quest (PvE) - so nothing to do with masteries
Nodes:
BGs: Victory Track; pass the buck etc. | Story Quest; Lifecyle
Steps to recreate:
1. Given I am a summoner using Professor X and the Defender is an awakened Nick Fury
2. And I am in Professor X's Mind Control State; which special locks the Defender, requires 75+ channelling charges and reduces special power cost and unblockable specials
3. And I push him below the 0% threshold into his second life
4. Then Nick Fury shrugs the Mind Control; shrugging the Special Lock
5. And I lose my channelling charges, unblockable specials and reduced-cost specials.
Expected Result: Professor X should retain his Mind Control State until it ends naturally
Actual Result: Nick Fury shrugs Professor x's Mind Control and the Mind Control State is ended pre-maturely.
In the video I provide two avenues for resolution, 1 which is long term and which looks to future-proof against any further regression;
1) Mind Control should not be Shruggable, unless the defender has the tag #PhysicShielding. This will prevent Nick Fury, whom does not have this tag, being able to shrug it, providing 'Mind Control' has a higher priority in the code.
2) Obvs this defect is related to the Danni one, so above point should be done following any code changes for that defect.
