Missing keys

Still missing 6 keys or so It some how says I claimed them and then it just says claim again I have one of the special key ones but not the regular keys but still can't claim them and locked out of side quest even tho in my inventory it shows 1 special key lol so hopefully we get a msg soon

    like the one at the top of the screen here on the forums in a bright yellowish color?
