Emma Frost v. Scorpion

Can anyone tell me why Scorpion was able to evade against Emma Frost, while Emma Frost was in telepath mode.

In telepath mode, Emma is supposed to ignore all evade attempts (on account of her reading their minds).

In bgs doesn’t the node have 100% extra AA? Or something like that
