Scytalis not placing traps

in Bugs and Known Issues
Was doing the Deathless Guilly challange and got Scytalis down to 11% but then she would not place any traps and did not even have the indicators to show when traps should be placed (no 1 or 2 in the top right). Did not expect to need a lot of revives but ended up using my revives and even units to get into the fight to get a recording of the bug. Contacted support who advised me to restart device, but after restarting it had quit out of the quest. Now I've lost my resources and I don't even have the progress. Really disappointed.
