Can’t claim side quest keys/heart coded keys

It won’t let me claim my heart coded keys from objectives; I click claim and it says claimed but it just doesn’t actually claim it. There’s numerous left waiting there to be claimed in objectives and I physically can’t. I received one heart coded key in my mail today but there’s way more I am missing
