Trying to send Kabam a ticket for nearly 24hrs now but I can’t sign into Zendesk

Been trying to log into Zendesk for nearly 24hrs now to send Kabam a ticket but it won’t let me , my details are all correct tried several times & still nothing can anyone would be much appreciated

    Ive never had to login to that for making tickets only when claiming from the summoner market store. There could be another way to make a ticket

    How could I be such a donut , no idea why I was trying to log in this way to send a ticket but I solved the issue
