    immortal abomination

Serpent isn't immune to poison so he can work
Don't forget that acid burns are direct damage ignoring resistances and the weakness on block are super useful. His sp1 also spaces across the map so he can corner serpent for the whole fight.
Don't think you'll survive long enough to put acid burns on him

Yeah kushala just crushes him, the unblockable is completely negated so the block damage is the only issue

Chavez also works just fine. Wong and Diablo as well. No idea what's all happening during the fight, but it's not bad at all. Interesting note that for all the Herc-is-too-powerful nonsense, we're seeing more champs with similar cheat death mechanics.

    No, we aren’t.

Herc’s cheat death is unique in that it can be paused nearly indefinitely and comes at no cost to him. The opposite, he is more powerful while it is active. You just revive him and he’s good to go again, allowing him to bulldoze through difficult content (see EOP finale).

By comparison, Serpent’s has no pause mechanic and comes at the cost of his Dread charges. If his death immunity triggers, then he cannot use it again until he wins a fight. So if it triggers and you lose, you will not have it again when you revive him.
