Saga boost in necropolis?

Say I were to do a run involving Kate, would she have the 10% saga boost in necropolis? It only just occured to me so didn't think to check the stats prior to having the boost.

The damage boost was in rol as tested it so it should work in necro which u can view stats by just going over to champions then going into the quest

Couldn't have been, because the boost doesn't start until the 6th

Would be nice to have a definitive answer.

That screenshot says "ALL AREAS OF THE CONTEST", so one would think that it doesn't indeed affect all areas, but the in game screenshot says it just affects War and EQ.
