No point for Winter of woe part 2

Hi I did all chalanges for winter of woe I got point but I didn’t claim and when I updated game they disappeared and I didn’t get points toward it . Can anyone help ? Any chance I can get those points back ?

    I have the same issue where my unclaimed Winter of Woe point disappeared in the Carina's Challenge section and now i cannot find it anywhere to claim it. Hopefully someone from the team can take a look at this.

    Hope they can check data and gave us back our point. Don’t wanna miss final milestone by the end of winter woe
    I never had to post anything like that since 6 -7 years playing so I hope for our dedication to the game they can do that
