Emma Frost Kit clarification

Does anyone know if this section of her passive in Telepath Form applies to all Prowess effects, not just her own? This could potentially make her much much stronger in the current War Tactic, but I didn’t want to assume.

For anyone seeking an answer, DLL said yes the war tactic prowess do count for her crit boosts, I also asked this question in Vega’s discord
