NC Rune Stones - Shard offers

Ok, so I completely changed the content of this post (because my initial question was easily answered by an ingame mail)

So my new question:

It was said that the NC rune stones could be exchanged for crystal shards (instead of purchasing a Nightcrawler).

Can we have an indication of the amount of shards per rune stone that the different progression levels can acquire? I am asking because it could help my decision whether or not to purchase rune stones from the Trader‘s Outpost…

    Also: When purchasing a 6* NC and I already have him, do I get all rewards from a normal dupe? i.e. 20 sigs, gold, ISO and 275 7* shards?
