Black screen

@Kabam Miike Good morning, I'm contacting you because I have a problem with the Marvel Challenge of Champions game. Since I updated, the screen has gone black and I can't play as you can see in the photos I've attached. I await your response on this matter and a resolution of the problem as soon as possible.

PS: I have a Samsung Galaxy s8 with Android 9
