Low energy low level mangog or mole man?

Anyone know where i can find low level mangog or mole man for low energy for the women of power solo objective? I’d prefer to not have to only use duels since im hella impatient lol

I just checked moleman, and unless he is in the last quest of the contamination back issue, he is only fairly deep in act 7 and 8 quests, unless you happen to get luck and have him pop in apocathary or proving grounds, best bet is a duel.

Many of the locations listed in AuntM.ai are no longer accurate, unfortunately. I’ve checked most for these two and don’t see either of the champs there.

Duels are the easiest, even though it may take a couple of days.

Just checked, all of them are accurate, only the daily quests and apothecary which we know changes.

OG Spider-Man is 1 energy in Road to Labyrinth 1.3 if it helps.
