Why am I not able to move past room 2 in sector 4 of Incursions

I am trying to a run in sector 4, and I'm stuck at the boss and I can't move past this fight due to this

    I sat there for 10 minutes and still hasn't "downloaded" what ever its trying to download. I've tried restarting my game, dueling that champion and still hasn't allowed me to move on. Any other suggestions I should try?
