Extra Deathless Selector

So I bought up 5 Deathless Guillotine Shard Selectors not realizing I already had one piece of her. Now the game keeps trying to open the 5th selector but because none of the 5 options are available, I'm just getting a darkening of the screen everytime I change tabs. I also can't open other selector's because they are behind the broken selector in the queue. Is there a fix already for this or did II break something new?
