Iceman bug?

Hello...

For some reason Iceman's passive coldsnaps do not seem to count towards preventing evade. The general coldsnaps from his sp1 does count which seems like a bug or at the very least contradictory.

Can someone look into this or at least explain why it doesn't prevent evade when passive?

    They aren’t passive coldsnaps they’re frostbites. They’re very different from coldsnap. Not a bug
