Upsetting game play

When ever I play it “bugs” out to where suddenly I got to use my potions and units and I know I’m not the only one thats complained about it and nothing has been done. If anything it’s gotten worst this month and I am not enjoying the game at all at this point because of the frustrations of not being able to land a hit when it should of, or block when I did, or give me my dexterity. Can’t do no special challenges cause of these bugs. Please re-compensate potions and fix this bug

    Was it 2021 when about 5 people had game play issues for like a half hour, and kabaam gave everyone a F-ton of aq,aw, and normal potions every week for about a year? They could do that again and people would still complain.
