Spider-Man 2099 relic bug? Or I am missing something

I have a question or maybe someone can provide me on further info. Spider-Man 2099 relic is supposed to make spider Gwen immune to precision from dexing with no cooldown…. Why do neutralize champs still get power gain from failing a buff that you are supposed to be immune to?

    Because AAR checks before immunities do. Not a bug.
