Is anyone missing a Deathless piece that they claimed?

I just submitted a ticket to kabam for the issue, but I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else. I’m missing the irradiated top soil piece that was in the paragon gauntlet, but I know I claimed it. I wouldn’t have even checked, but since the announcement of the final piece today, I did.
