When will the option to trade in loyalty for shattered tokens be available.

Ive really been wracking my head to try and get 7 star shards but havent found any. Upon hearing about this new feature i was quite happy, so was wondering when it will release. The 7 star pool is looking juicy.

The trade isn't what we originally thought. You can't trade loyalty for 7* shards. The new shatter and shard are in the loyalty store now. Nothing has really changed as far as the end result for loyalty.
As far as 7* shards go are you paragon yet? That's a big step to getting more. Also shooting stars has a good amount.

Traded 100k loyalty for a shatter thinking I could trade said shatter for 1k 7* shards, to find out that I'm now the proud owner of -100k loyalty, and 1 shatter token thing... 🙄

Just know this.

You can't use loyalty to buy 7* basic crystal shards in any way.
You can buy loyalty crystal token with loyalty which is used to buy loyalty 7* crystal (15 loyalty crystal token)

This showcase event will give you another token, let's call it REGULAR loyalty token. This token can be exchanged for either 1 loyalty CRYSTAL TOKEN or 1000 7* shards.

There are two items

LOYALTY CRYSTAL TOKEN, Which is brought by 100k loyalty for one token, and 15 of these will buy you a 7* loyalty crystal.

LOYALTY REGULAR TOKEN, Which you get in high tier aw and alliance war showcase solo event, This can be exchanged for one LOYALTY CRYSTAL TOKEN or 1000 7* crystal shards.

Yes, 2 tokens in completion and 5 in exploration.

Yes, Showcase gives us REGULAR LOYALTY TOKENS (I hate the word shatter, it's a poor choice of addressing of that resource) which allows you to get LOYALTY crystal tokens or 1000 7* shards.

And if you want to buy loyalty crystal, now you can only buy using 15 loyalty crystal tokens, you cannot buy it directly by 1.5 mil loyalty. You have to first buy 15 tokens, then use those 15 tokens to buy the crystal.

So your purchase, you just did it early, you have to do it eventually if you want that loyalty crystal.

I feel like nothing about this was properly explained before we had the ability to buy Shatter, or whatever. I too spent 100k loyalty thinking I'd get something I could put towards 7* shards but I was very wrong.

It's so you either get the loyalty crystal or just simple shards. In case you don't want any of the champs in the loyalty crystal or somehow have them all I suppose.
