Alliance Raid Exploration Rewards

We are running 3 bg raids in a retired alliance. Bg1 only will be able to 100% explore. Other bgs have only 2,3 players participated. Does whole alliance get exploration rewards of 7500 7 star shards or only bg1 when raid concludes. It's worth participating in other bg when you know 100% is not possible considering the raid cost.
