As someone who never saw the original show, it is really good. I was skeptical about the animation from the trailers but in the show itself it's amazing. Marvel put up a brief recap showing everything relevant on their YouTube so you can watch that before jumping on. Otherwise a passing knowledge of X-Men lore will be enough
I am planning on seeing marvel television series which one should I start from?
If you want to start with quality, I recommend the 90s X-Men, 90s Spider-Man and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
If you want to start chronologically, Disney+ has the 1970s Spiderwoman, 1981 Spider-Man, 1983 Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends and then the 90s X-Men, Spider-Man, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man and Fantastic 4, Silver Surfer (I've not watched that) and a load more. But the quality route is definitely a good place to start. I personally love SMAHAF, but that's because it was my gateway to Marvel back when I was about 5 or 6 and it aired in the UK. I love it despite the cheese and the stupid plots.
It felt like I was watching a comic book, and all of the voice actors did a great job.
Sidenote: the inclusion of morph was a great idea. It lets you have so many extra characters without actually needing to properly write them into the show. Oh, x character is here? Cool, anyway moving on.

Batman TAS
Batman Beyond,
Justice League TAS & Justice League Unlimited
And throw in Avatar the Last Air Bender as cherry on top 🤣🤣🤣
