To whom it may concern,

Throughout the last few weeks, I’ve been playing on arenas and obtaining serpent raffle tickets. The issue I’m dealing with is that I cannot obtain the last reward for X-Magica rank up gem. Is it possible to somehow earn it back before the due date since I’m at 38/40 points for it? Thank you.

I had the same issue, submitted a ticket and they closed it saying it wasn’t an issue they couldn’t fix because the event had ended…despite me filing the complaint before it had ended. I had to reopen the ticket hoping they will resolve it
