Nebula bugged

Sorry but Is there a string on her power block and power drain not working? I will admit that my nebula is rank 1 level 1 (crossover squad for arena) but I have been experiencing what looks like a bug. Her power drain appears but no power drains, and her power block triggers but their special continues to go up?

    Other times, on the same champ and in the same fight it works fine. Power level drops the meter freezes where it is for the correct time...

    Her power drain and power lock depends on the number of shocks you have placed on the opponent. Higher the number of shocks, more she will drain power and power lock for longer.

    Thanks that would explain the difference then. I do have stacked shock when it does work so yeah! Makes sense.
