Kang Boss Act 7.3.6

I've been trying to finish exploring Act 7 but on the final path for the boss, there's this glitch where he doesn't take damage from any sources, just straight 0s all around. Before you ask, yes I am following the guidelines of the fight. I originally thought it would fix itself with the monthly update, but I've tried the fight several times over the last few months and there are still 0s across the board. Can anyone help, there are several challenges I need to do that are tied to this boss. Thank you for reading
